About Us
Magammal Viszem Alapítvány (MAVISZ) is dedicated to building a world where learning is accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to grow, develop, and shape their future through meaningful experiences.
Our mission is to support individuals and communities in unlocking learning opportunities and developing their competencies. Through innovative and creative approaches, we make learning enjoyable, relevant, and impactful – always guided by our core values of autonomy, empowerment, integrity, and inclusion.
MAVISZ provides space and tools for both self-development and collective growth. Whether you’re a young person, a youth professional, an organization, or a company, we offer opportunities for training, partnership, and collaboration rooted in quality and continuous improvement.
We are working towards:
Creating and sharing high-quality training curricula, methods, and tools
Establishing MAVISZ as a reference point for Erasmus+ project quality
Strengthening the competence of youth workers at the local level
Building partnerships with local governments, companies, and NGOs
Promoting mental well-being and sustainable work conditions in the sector
With a commitment to democratic processes, transparency, and human rights, MAVISZ is more than a foundation – it’s a growing community of change-makers.
Who are we?
At MAVISZ, our strength lies in our people. We are a diverse and committed group of educators, youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and changemakers who believe in the power of learning and community.
Each member of our foundation brings a unique perspective, driven by shared values of trust, accountability, empowerment, and inclusion. We are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and developing tools that support others in their growth.
We work collaboratively – guided by democratic decision-making, ethical standards, and a dedication to continuous improvement. Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience, ensuring our work is both high in quality and deeply human-centered.
Together, we are building MAVISZ not just as an organization, but as a reference point in the field of youth work, learning innovation, and community development.
